Frequently asked

Is there really no charge during the trial?
Correct. The 7-day free trial requires a payment method at sign-up (handled securely by Stripe), but no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription and pay nothing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — cancel any time from inside the app. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TMPGen runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox. No downloads, no plugins. Your plans save to the cloud and are available from any device you sign in on.
Is TMPGen designed for New Zealand standards?
Yes — TMPGen is built for use in New Zealand, in line with both the Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (CoPTTM) and the New Zealand Guidelines for Temporary Traffic Management (NZGTTM). The signage library matches NZ standards, and the map basemaps are NZ aerial and topographic imagery. You are still responsible for ensuring each plan meets the specific requirements of the relevant road controlling authority.
What happens to my plans if I cancel?
Your saved plans stay in your account for 30 days after cancellation — a grace period to resubscribe if you change your mind. After that they're automatically deleted. You can also delete your account and all data immediately at any time from Settings → Billing → Delete Account.
Can multiple people share an account?
No — each subscription is for a single user. For teams, each member needs their own account so plans are correctly attributed and access can be managed per-person.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Not yet — we're focused on individual TTM professionals right now. Email support@tmpgen.co.nz if you'd like to be kept in the loop when team plans launch.
